Awe arrived early and the room was ready. Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. Comfortable and clean room , kitchen equipped with everything necessary. Everything they offer and much more is there within a quite safe and clean and tidy environment. Front desk staff is also co-operative and assit well and Abhi assist me well. I recommend Regency inm and suit Sarasota. The best place at good price

No stars!! It was trash. $90 room that had mold and a nasty shower. We went to get shampoo and the office said they didn’t have any and to come back, we went bak after maybe an hour and it was locked. All the lights were on. The workers seemed high on something and when we wanted to change rooms we couldn’t because no one would answer the phone or unlock the door so we could talk to someone in the office. Horrible stay. 0/10 stars for sure. Nasty place

Had a great stay here(05/04 - 05/05). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the front desk staff—super friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. Really appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Reserved a room was told the price was going to be $74.22 including all fees that they charge I have the receipt, got my credit card statement was charged $120.18. Called the hotel got nowhere w that even spoke with the so called manager asked who the owner was and if I could have his/her phone number was given the number to the hotel. So needless to say I did not receive a refund for the overcharging. So beware they will charge you whatever they want. And I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay there again

When we got there, the fact is they gave us shampoo to watch dishes (never heard of that). We had a two-burner stove and one didn't work at all. For silverware they gave us one fork, one spoon for cereal, and a spoon to dish out vegetables with three or four knives. The place needs updated. We talked to two people and like them, we left after one night. The pictures on the internet are deceiving and it's not what you think it is. The area is a run-down area. If a person doesn't believe it, you'll see it yourself. Not worth the money. Please note talked to somebody who used to work there a couple days and quit and said, "Sometimes they don't change the bed sheets." Very unsafe and unhealthy.

When arrived in the sketchy neighborhood I had a gut feeling I was going to regret making reservations here. At check in the guy was unfriendly asked me if I had pets or smoked I said no. He mustn't believed me he asked 2 more times I said no pets & I haven't taken up smoking yet! Now I was annoyed. Got into the room the stench of something was so strong. Immediately checked for bed bugs ...didnt see any but the mattress wasnt in a mattress case, the bed spread had a bunch of stains on it. The toilet ran all night. Didn't use the toilet til morning and it didnt work. Bathroom sink you had to pull out the drain thing for water to go down and it had someone's hair stuck to it. Bathroom was full of mildew... GROSS. Definitely overpriced.

Clean room, good price, great location, easy check in. The room even had an actual refrigerator, not just a mini-fridge like most hotels have. Not much more you could ask for for this price range.

My husband and I really liked the motel. Very comfortable, with all the essentials and quiet even though it's close to a main street. The price is very good. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The check out staff were very efficient and nice. We got what we paid for and it was very reasonable
